Shipping Policy

Timeline StoryBooks currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada. U.S. orders are ordinarily printed and shipped within the United States; Canadian orders are ordinarily printed and shipped within Canada. If domestic production is unavailable and would materially change the shipping arrangement or charges, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

Production and Delivery

Most StoryBooks are expected to arrive within 7–12 business days after the completed design is approved and the order is placed. This estimate includes printing, production and shipping. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays can occur due to holidays, weather, production volume, carrier disruptions, remote locations or other circumstances. If we can’t ship within the timeframe promised, we’ll notify you and provide the options or refund required by applicable law.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is currently US$9.95 per order for eligible U.S. and Canadian addresses. The amount and currency shown at checkout before payment will apply. We won’t charge extra if an order is sent in multiple packages.

Address and Tracking

Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; we’ll try to update it before production or shipping, but can’t guarantee a change.

When tracking is available, we’ll email it after the order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after a label is created.

Delivery Problems

If a package appears lost, is marked delivered but can’t be found, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any relevant photos. For a damaged or incorrect book, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of delivery. This timeframe does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.

Keep damaged items and packaging, and don’t send a book back unless we provide return instructions. See our Return and Refund Policy for details about replacements and refunds.
